El Padrí (títol original anglès: The Godfather) és una pel·lícula de Francis Ford Coppola, feta als Estats Units el 1972. Està inspirada en el llibre honònim de Mario Puzo, qui també en va fer el guió. Pel·lícula amb molts intèrprets, cal destacar-ne Marlon Brando en el paper de Vito Corleone, el Padrí; també Al Pacino, James Caan, Richard Castellano i Robert Duvall, entre d'altres. Juntament amb les seves dues seqüeles, ha estat considerada la millor trilogia de tots els temps.
